Our ESG strategy is based on three core pillars: Environment, Social Responsibility, and Governance. In the environmental field, we focus on CO₂ reduction, resource efficiency, and biodiversity. Our social responsibility is reflected in local initiatives, employee development, and a strong value-driven culture – upheld through transparent corporate governance in line with international standards.

Health & Safety
Our safety strategy follows the principles of the Consolidated Mining Initiatives (CMI). We ensure safe working conditions through prevention, continuous training, and clear procedures. The well-being of our employees and partners is an integral part of our sustainability culture.
Green Finance & Certifications
We are the first company in the region to finance a mining project through a Green Bond in line with ICMA standards. In addition, we were awarded the Austrian Ecolabel for sustainable financial products. Both recognitions underline our commitment to climate protection, resource efficiency, and the implementation of the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
