Integrity and Responsibility at the Core

Compliance is not a formality for us – it reflects our corporate values. We act transparently, in full legal compliance, and in the interest of all stakeholders.

Reliable Structures for Sustainable Action

BPG relies on a comprehensive compliance system to ensure legal and ethical standards. Our group-wide policy protects against risks, strengthens partner trust, and provides the foundation for responsible growth.

Our Group-Wide Compliance Guidelines at a Glance

Our compliance policy defines clear principles for information sharing, prevention of insider trading, and adherence to legal requirements. A dedicated Compliance Officer ensures that all rules are up-to-date and actively implemented.

Support & Measures for Stakeholders

Our ESG systems are based on recognized standards and frameworks that ensure transparency, environmental responsibility, and social criteria across all business areas – systematically and measurably.

  • Compliance Management System (CMS Manual)
  • Anti-Corruption Policy
  • Due diligence for contract and business partners
  • Anti-social dumping & anti-money laundering measures
  • Whistleblower systems (anonymous & GDPR-compliant)

Anti-Corruption

Corruption is not tolerated at BPG. Such behavior is ethically unacceptable.

Active Corruption

Active corruption occurs when an advantage is offered, promised, given, or approved to a representative of a business partner or public authority in order to gain benefits for BPG, its employees, or third parties. Providing such an advantage is a compliance violation and strictly prohibited.

Passive Corruption

Passive corruption occurs when someone at BPG demands, accepts, or is promised a personal benefit from a business partner or public official in exchange for an action. Accepting such benefits also constitutes a compliance violation and is prohibited.

BPG’s Whistleblower System

As a responsible corporate group, this whistleblower system is an integral part of our compliance structure.
We offer – and even encourage – all individuals to report suspected or actual violations of the following legal provisions:

  1. Directive (EU) 2015/849 on the prevention of the use of the financial system for the purposes of money laundering or terrorist financing (“4th Anti-Money Laundering Directive”)
  2.  Federal Act on Procedure and Protection in the Event of Reporting Legal Violations in Certain Areas of Law (Hinweisgeberschutzgesetz – Whistleblower Protection Act, HSchG)

The anonymity of whistleblowers is fully guaranteed. However, knowingly submitting false reports may lead to labor and criminal law consequences.
